Sometimes life can be overwhelming for all sorts of different reasons and it can make all the difference having someone who will listen and offer support.

Hope Central is our Galashiels town centre venue. Our community drop in welcomes anyone to come in, say hello and have a coffee. Every Friday from 1 – 4pm our team of trained volunteers are here to listen, offer support and help in whatever way we can.

Hope Central is part of a wide variety of support organisations in the local community and we steer people to other help where appropriate.

We are respectful of all and everyone is very welcome.
